Happy Halloween!!

The one semi-happy picture I could get with both of them in it.

Then the lion fell over backwards (yes, I took pictures instead of helping him up)

The giant lion head made it so that he couldn't get up, which made him mad.

"Get this off my head, or I will be forced to hurt you."

So on to the giraffe. Who was super excited to discover she had a tail.

The rest don't really require explanation.

The Good Stuff

Blythe spent the night with Lainee and Paw last night, and Joe missed her terribly. This morning he crawled into her room, over to her bed and started pulling on her covers. He was very upset when he couldn't find her. Around noon, Joe and I met my parents in Lewisville to get Blythe back. The minute she got in the car Joe started talking to her and screaming with joy. During one of the first pauses in his welcome back racket Blythe said to him, "I love you too, Joe."

I'm not ashamed to admit, I teared up a little bit.
